After Hours Consular and Passports Assistance:
Australian Citizens and Australian Permanent Residents who require urgent consular and passport assistance after normal working hours may call FREECALL 1800 808 449 (within Malaysia) or 603 - 2146 5555 to be directed to the Consular Emergency Centre in Australia.
Please note: The Honorary Consulate offices ONLY assist in accepting Australian passport applications and provide a limited range of consular assistance. The Honorary Consulate offices in Kota Kinabalu, Kuching and Penang DO NOT assist in immigration, visa or Australian citizenship enquiries.
