Assistant Financial Services – Broadband 2
The Australian High Commission is seeking a suitable person for the position of Assistant, Finance Services.
Duties
• This position reports to Finance Manager, Finance Operations
• Prepare payment vouchers for unpaid invoices and Travel Allowances
• Process payment vouchers using SAP Accounting Program in accordance with Finance (Overseas) Regulations and Directions
• Update and maintain staff official Travel Register
• Raise Debit Advice Notes for private telephone calls and other officer contributions
• Dissect, envelope and arrange for despatch of AHC cheques and payment advices to creditors
• Attend to account queries from vendors and other agencies
• Update and maintain electronic filing system
• Provide relief for Financial Services officer (Cashier)
• Other duties as requested.
Selection Criteria
• Degree/Diploma with minimum two years of experience in accounting background
• Ability to collect, interpret or evaluate information
• Flexibility and ability to work independently or as a member of a team
• Ability to prioritise workload on a daily basis
• Ability to interpret and apply guidelines, instructions, legislation and procedures relevant to the position
• High level fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• High level computer literacy with sound computer skills.
Conditions
Minimum salary per month is RM3050.00 plus two months contractual bonus and other benefits.
